Is there really a free trial with no credit card?

Any user who can create, edit, or send quotes. Viewer-only users — people who can see quotes but not touch them — don't count toward your seat limit.

Upgrades take effect immediately and we prorate the difference. Downgrades are applied at your next billing date so you keep what you've paid for.

What are the actual limits on each plan?

Basic covers 25 quotes a month, 3 team members, and 1 integration. Starter covers 250 quotes, 10 members, and 5 integrations. Pro covers 750 quotes, 25 members, and 15 integrations. Enterprise is unlimited on all three.

What happens if I go over my quote or seat limit?

You aren't cut off mid-month. Additional quotes beyond your plan's allowance are billed at $0.40 each, and extra seats are $9/month on Basic, $11 on Starter, and $14 on Pro. If you're consistently over, moving up a plan is cheaper than the overage.

Is API access included, and what are the rate limits?

Basic includes 1 API key with 5,000 calls a month, Starter 3 keys and 25,000 calls, and Pro 10 keys and 100,000 calls, with additional Pro calls at $0.002 each. Sustained request rates are capped per plan — 60 requests per minute on Basic, 120 on Starter, and 300 on Pro. Webhook endpoints follow the same tiering: 1, 5, and 20 respectively.

What integrations are included in Starter?

Starter includes read-only HubSpot sync, automated email follow-ups, PDF export, and the full buyer portal. Two-way CRM sync, e-signature, approval workflows, analytics, CPQ, and platform-native checkout are Pro features.

How does the buyer portal work?

Accepted Answer

Buyers get a unique link to their quote — no account needed. They can view line items, configure optional products, negotiate quantities, and sign all in one place. Your brand, their experience.

Can I white-label the buyer portal?

Accepted Answer

Full white-labeling — custom domain plus complete brand removal — is an Enterprise feature. On Starter and Pro, the portal carries your logo and colors but the TackQuote name appears in small print.

Is there a setup fee?

No setup fees on Starter or Pro. Enterprise onboarding may include a scoped fee depending on data migration, custom integrations, or SSO configuration — we'll be upfront about costs before you sign.

What payment methods do you accept?

US and most markets: Visa, Mastercard, and Amex via Stripe, or pay with your PayPal balance or a linked card via PayPal. India: UPI, cards, and netbanking via Razorpay. Enterprise annual contracts can also use ACH or wire.
