The complete workflow
Same deal, two screens
No abstractions. Toggle between the seller and buyer side to see the exact sequence of screens, notifications, and system events that happen from a first line item to a synced, paid order.
Five steps, zero context switches — quote, approval, and CRM update all live inside TackQuote.
Create the quote
Start from a template or a blank quote. Search your live product catalog by name or SKU — prices, descriptions, and SKUs auto-fill. Add CPQ bundles, set optional add-ons, apply volume discounts, and configure multi-currency pricing.

Send to buyers
Each buyer gets a personalized, branded link — no login required to view. Add multiple recipients for the entire buying committee, and each person gets their own tracking link so you know exactly who is engaged.
Track engagement
See in real time when each recipient opens the quote, how long they spend on each section, and whether they have shared it internally. TackQuote alerts you the moment something changes.
Close and convert
Once all parties sign, one click creates the order in your connected storefront — no manual entry. An invoice generates automatically and syncs to your accounting platform, and your CRM deal stage updates instantly.
Under the hood
Every quote follows one real state machine
Status lifecycle
Full lifecycle, start to finish
Every quote moves through these states — you see exactly where each deal is at any moment.
Draft
Quote is being built. Products, pricing, and terms are still being configured.
Common questions
Quick answers
How long does it take to send a quote?
Most sellers send their first quote within 10 minutes of signing up. Templates pre-fill product data, pricing, and terms — so you spend time on the deal, not the document.
Do buyers need to create an account?
No. Buyers access their quote via a unique link — no signup, no password, no friction. The link itself is the credential.
What if multiple people need to sign?
Add all stakeholders when creating the quote. Each gets their own independent signing link. TackQuote tracks status per recipient and notifies you when all parties have signed.
How does CRM sync work?
When you send a quote, a deal is created in your connected CRM automatically. HubSpot and Zoho sync both ways — approve a quote in TackQuote and the deal stage updates in your CRM, or vice versa.
Can buyers negotiate?
Yes. Buyers can comment, adjust quantities, and toggle optional line items on or off directly in the portal. Every change triggers an instant notification to the seller so nothing gets missed.
