Klaviyo Integration
Quote lifecycle events, in your Klaviyo account.
Quote Sent, Viewed, Accepted, and Rejected land in Klaviyo as events you can build flows and segments on.

Integration Overview
How TackQuote connects with Klaviyo
Eliminate manual data entry, prevent shipping or pricing errors, and streamline B2B order execution.
TackQuote pushes quote-lifecycle events into your own Klaviyo account through the Events API, so the flows and segments you already run can react to quoting. Four metrics arrive — Quote Sent, Quote Viewed, Quote Accepted, Quote Rejected — each carrying the quote number, total, currency, and status, attached to a buyer profile identified by email, phone, or external id. Every event has a de-duplication id derived from the quote and stage, so a retried delivery or a buyer refreshing the portal will not trigger your flow twice. The integration is send-only and non-blocking by design: it never reads your lists, and a revoked key or a Klaviyo outage is logged and ignored rather than breaking a quote.
Bi-Directional Sync
Data objects synchronized between systems
Here is exactly how data flows between TackQuote and Klaviyo to maintain complete system alignment.
Bi-Directional Data Transfer
Streamline data exchanges between TackQuote and Klaviyo without double data entry.
Automated Event Triggers
Execute sync actions automatically when quotes change state (created, sent, signed, accepted).
Secure Token Authentication
Connect via encrypted OAuth 2.0 or API key credentials with scoped multi-tenant authorization.
Audit Trail Logging
Track all sync operations, payload payloads, and execution timestamps in your TackQuote dashboard.
Capabilities
What's included in the Klaviyo connector
Built out-of-the-box for enterprise sales teams, distributors, and manufacturers.
Quote Lifecycle Metrics
Quote Sent, Quote Viewed, Quote Accepted, and Quote Rejected appear as Klaviyo metrics with the quote id, number, and status as event properties.
Value On Every Event
The quote total and currency ride along as the event value, so you can segment on deal size instead of just activity.
De-duplicated Flow Triggers
Each event carries a unique id built from the quote and stage, so a retried hook or a refreshed portal page cannot fire the same flow twice.
Never Blocks A Buyer
Sends are fire-and-forget. An expired key or a Klaviyo outage is logged and skipped — it can never stop a quote being sent, viewed, or accepted.
Setup Guide
4 steps to connect Klaviyo
TackQuote sends server-side events to your Klaviyo account with a Private API Key, pinned to a specific Klaviyo API revision so a Klaviyo release cannot change the payload contract underneath you.
Create a Klaviyo private API key
In Klaviyo → Settings → API keys, create a private API key. Events write access is the minimum; include accounts read if you want TackQuote to confirm which account the key belongs to.
Connect in TackQuote
Paste the key in TackQuote Integrations → Klaviyo. TackQuote makes a real authenticated call to Klaviyo and refuses to store a key Klaviyo rejects.
Build flows on the new metrics
In Klaviyo, create flows or segments triggered by Quote Sent, Quote Viewed, Quote Accepted, or Quote Rejected.
Send a quote
Events start arriving as the quote moves. Note that Klaviyo silently discards events for obvious test domains such as @example.com — worth knowing before you conclude a smoke test failed.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions about Klaviyo
Which metrics does TackQuote create in Klaviyo?
Four: Quote Sent, Quote Viewed, Quote Accepted, and Quote Rejected. Each includes the quote id, quote number, total, currency, and status as properties.
Does TackQuote read or edit my Klaviyo lists?
No. The integration is send-only. It pushes events with a profile identifier attached and never reads, edits, or subscribes anyone to a list.
Why does only the first view of a quote show up in Klaviyo?
Events are de-duplicated on quote plus stage so a buyer refreshing the portal does not re-trigger your flows. Raw view counts stay in TackQuote's own quote event log.
