Xero + TackQuote
TackQuote's Xero integration automates the accounting leg of your quote-to-cash cycle. When a buyer accepts a quote, TackQuote creates a draft invoice in Xero with all line items, contact details, and payment terms pre-filled. Payment status in Xero flows back to TackQuote so your sales team knows when invoices are settled.
TackQuote connects to Xero via OAuth 2.0. Invoice creation is automatic; no manual export or copy-paste required.

How to connect Xero
Connect via Xero OAuth
Click "Connect Xero" in TackQuote Integrations. Authorize access to your Xero organisation and select the entity you want invoices created in.Map accounts and tax rates
Map TackQuote product categories to Xero revenue accounts and tax codes. TackQuote provides sensible defaults that you can override.Set invoice trigger
Choose when invoices are created: on quote acceptance, on e-signature, or manually. Set default invoice due date rules (Net 30, etc.).Close the loop
Accepted quotes generate Xero invoices automatically. Payment confirmations in Xero reflect back in TackQuote.

Invoice Auto-Creation
Accepted quotes create draft invoices in Xero instantly. Line items, quantities, unit prices, and tax rates transfer without manual entry.
Contact Sync
TackQuote buyer profiles sync to Xero contacts. New buyers create new Xero contacts; existing contacts are matched by email.
Payment Status Updates
When an invoice is marked paid in Xero, the status updates in TackQuote's quote timeline. Your sales team knows instantly.
Tax Rate Mapping

Xero questions
Can I create Xero quotes (estimates) instead of invoices?
By default, TackQuote creates Xero invoices in draft status. Xero quote/estimate creation is on our roadmap.
Does TackQuote support multi-currency Xero invoices?
Yes. If a TackQuote quote is in a foreign currency and your Xero organisation has multi-currency enabled, the invoice is created in the correct currency.
